Applications for the position must be submitted using the prescribed Performa, which can be found on the official website https://cpeicw.punjab.gov.pk/. Along with the application, candidates must provide attested copies of their CNIC, domicile, academic, professional, and experience certificates. These materials should be sent to the office of the Medical Superintendent at the Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology on GT Road in Wazirabad.
