The recruitment will be on a contract basis, and upon successful completion of the initial six-month observation period, the employee will be offered a three-year contract. The contract will be further renewed every year based on satisfactory performance.
For School Teachers, the salary package will be Rs. 35,000/-, and it will be decided at the time of the interview based on the candidate's experience and qualification as per the Education Policy of HQ ML&C.
